Terms of Service
Last updated: August 25, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AI Social Assistant ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service lets you connect a Facebook Page you manage, generate content (single posts, content series, or rewrites of your own copy) using AI, schedule that content, publish it to your connected Page, and optionally have AI generate and post replies to comments on posts where you've turned that on.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be an admin of any Facebook Page you connect, and you're responsible for complying with Facebook/Meta's own Terms and Community Standards for that Page.
- You're responsible for the content you choose to publish or schedule, including AI-generated content — review it before it goes out, especially anything you've set to publish or reply automatically.
- Don't use the Service to generate or publish content that's illegal, harassing, misleading, or that violates Facebook's own policies.
- Keep your account credentials secure and don't share your account with people who shouldn't have access to your connected Page.
4. AI-generated content
Content, images, and comment replies are generated by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or not perfectly on-brand. You're responsible for reviewing generated content — the Service gives you tools to edit, regenerate, or skip any individual post or reply before (or after, where the platform allows) it goes out.
5. Facebook Platform compliance
The Service connects to Facebook Pages through the Meta Graph API and is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Meta can change, restrict, or revoke API access at any time, which may affect the Service's functionality outside of our control.
6. Service availability
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including content published or actions taken through Facebook Page automation.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and disconnect your Facebook Page at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
